Spending the Holidays at Taveuni Palms
There’s a particular kind of magic to Christmas somewhere warm — no scraping ice off the windscreen, no crowded shopping centres, no rushing between family obligations. Just the sound of the ocean, a private beach that belongs to no one but you, and a table set wherever you feel like eating that day.
If you’re still deciding where to spend this Christmas, here’s why more and more couples and families are choosing to spend it with us.
A Villa, Not a Hotel Room

At Taveuni Palms, only two villas sit on the property — the Beach Villa and the Horizon Spa Villa — each on its own private acre with a private pool, private beach, and uninterrupted ocean views. No shared pool deck. No queue for a sun lounger. No other families’ Christmas morning bleeding into yours. Book both villas together and the whole property — up to ten guests — becomes your own, which is exactly why many of our returning guests now spend Christmas here as a multi-generational family trip.
Christmas Dinner, Your Way

Forget assigned seating in a resort dining hall. Each villa has five different private dining settings — beach, poolside, sunset deck, garden, or in-villa — and your personal chef will prepare a Christmas feast wherever you choose to have it. Our guests rave about the meals, always commenting on the freshness and taste. Each meal is a dining experience, with a beautiful table setting and incredible scenery as your backdrop. You will want to linger and enjoy the day. No rush, no hassle, no cooking, no dishes, just you and your loved ones enjoying the occasion stress-free.
A Team That Makes the Season Easy

Christmas planning is usually a small mountain of logistics. Here, that’s our job. Each villa comes with a personal team of seven — the details of your stay, from a decorated tree to the Fijian Choir singing Christmas Carols on Christmas Eve, we ensure all the details are simply taken care of.
Still an Island, Even at Christmas

Beyond the villa, Taveuni is home to some of Fiji’s best snorkelling and diving the Rainbow Reef, right off the coast in the Somosomo Strait. Waterfall hikes, the Waitavala water slide, the International Date Line, Lavena Coastal Walk, bird watching, village visits, and a traditional kava ceremony are all part of a stay here for anyone who wants to step outside the villa gates. For those who’d rather not leave at all, there’s a private deck, an ocean view, and spa treatments using Pure Fiji products.
Why Now?

We only have two villas, and Christmas is one of our most requested times of year. If you’ve been considering it, this is the moment to check availability — spaces for this Christmas are limited, and once they’re gone, the next opportunity is a full year away.
