Taveuni’s dry season runs from May through October, with warm days, clear skies and exceptional underwater visibility. This is peak season for both diving and fishing, and the island’s lush interior – it is known as Fiji’s Garden Island for good reason – is at its most beautiful. Shoulder season (November to April) brings occasional rain and more dramatic skies, and often better rates for couples flexible on timing.
