No visit to Taveuni is complete without hiking to Tavoro Waterfalls (also known as Bouma Waterfalls) is located in Bouma National Heritage Park. The waterfalls are framed by thick ridiculously green jungle and are comprised of three waterfalls with natural swimming pools to enjoy and cool off. The first waterfall is an easy stoll from the Visitor Centre and takes around 15 minutes, the second and third waterfalls are a more challenging 60 minutes hike but well worth the view and of course you can have a swim and relax before returning back to the Visitor Centre.
I would recommend you come and try this excursion out for yourself.
