I want to wish everyone a happy and prosperous Chinese New Year! This is the Year of the Pig and will be celebrated by millions of people around the world. There is the Spring Festival which runs from 5th February till 15th and then the Lantern Festival which is celebrated from the 16th till the 19th February.
The celebrations are wonderful to watch with lots of colourful costumes, rich cultural performances and fireworks to enjoy as well as the many different foods to try.
We will be having our celebrations at the resort (I am looking forward to the lanterns especially).
