I have shared with you some of the wonderful fruits and vegetables that we have in our garden but I thought that you might like to see how they are growing. The pineapples are delicious and we have so many mangos. The breadfruit is yummy, my favourite is when the chef serves them as chips with eggplant dip. Have you tried that? We have so many fresh choices that we are very spoiled. Please let me know if you have a favourite dish that you would like our chef to make for you.
