This full day excursion will take you to the Southern end of the island to Vuna. This scenic drive down the island will take your through many villages and through the local township. This is a great way to see how many of the locals live and is a good introduction to island life. Upon arrival you will be introduced to your experienced, local guide and meet your horse. All of the horses are well trained and all of the equipment is well maintained.

Your excursion will take you on a 2-3 hour ride up a beautiful rugged mountain side to an elevation of 1000 feet. From this view point you can see the famous Twin Craters, the entire SomoSomo Strait, both sides of the island and the beautiful Taveuni countryside. Don’t forget your camera! There is no better spot for photo opportunities than up at this height.
